You also cannot submit your 2024-2025 AACOMAS application to any new programs.</p><p>The American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS) is the centralized online application service for the US osteopathic medical schools.&nbsp;</p><p>AACOMAS streamlines the application process for osteopathic medical schools by allowing you to apply to multiple programs with a single application, including all required materials. AACOMAS verified your application for accuracy and sends it with your materials to the osteopathic medical schools you designate.</p><p><b>The application fee is $198 and includes submission to one designated college.
